Download Center Help

If you cannot access Download Center smoothly, please check whether your browser allows ActiveX control to be executed. For example - IE：

Step 1：Open IE, go to the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options"

Step 2：Click the "Security" tab. On this page select "Internet" and then the "Custom Level" button.

Step 3：Check if the following functions have been opened (function name may be varied because of the difference of IE version.)
1. Download signed ActiveX control - this should be "Prompt"
2. Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins - this should be "Enable"
3. Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting - this should be "Enable"

If your IE configuration is not like this, please modify it and you should be able to access Download Center without errors.

Notice：Your browser will allow ActiveX controls to be executed after this setting. You have to be careful and understand the purpose of the ActiveX control when you are asked to install it in order to prevent spyware threats.

Alternatively, you can put GIGABYTE website into the "Trusted Sites" zone. You can then enjoy the functionalities of Download Center and avoid the unwanted ActiveX control being executed.

Please do not check the item "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone".
